My partner and I spent a lot of time and money turning a burnt-out dry lot into a beautiful green pasture for our horses and donkeys. We left six very large trees in the pasture and, although beautiful, they continued to be a problem with acorns, branches and leaves. We called Dan; he recommended cutting 4 of the large oaks and to cut them in the middle of winter to protect the new pasture. Down came the trees in mid-January on a foot of snow! Dan cleaned up all of the brush and left us with 3 cords of firewood! We were stunned the following spring to find no evidence in the pasture that the trees had been there or had been felled... other than the 3' diameter stumps cut flush to the ground. Great job!
